Inspired by the iconic back pocket flasher design from BIG JOHN’s 1967 jeans, this bandana is a tribute to the era that shaped our legacy. Blending the free-spirited soul of cowboy culture with the quiet elegance of Japanese indigo, it’s a piece that celebrates both East and West.
Made from richly dyed indigo cotton, the pattern is expressed using traditional discharge printing (silkscreen technique). With every use and wash, the colors gently fade, developing a uniquely personal character—just like your favorite pair of jeans.
All four edges are finished with an ultra-fine rolled hem (approx. 2mm), meticulously sewn by skilled Japanese artisans. It’s a simple yet refined piece where craftsmanship shines through in every detail.
