Shipping policy
We are proud to offer free shipping for orders of USD 250 or above. For orders below USD 250, a flat fee of USD 30 will be applied.
We use world-class courier companies like FedEx to ship products. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to PO boxes and military addresses.
We strive to fulfill your order from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of receiving an order. If the order is placed over the weekend, we will process shipment on the next weekday.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. It normally takes 2 to 3 days for an order to reach most East Asian countries and North America, and 4 to 7 days for other parts of the world.
You will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email sent at shipment.
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all customs duties are included in the product price. There may be instances in which additional taxes need to be paid. Any such additional taxes will be calculated according to your specific address and itemized at checkout.

Please note that we have no control over customs authorities in your country, which may from time to time delay the delivery of a package or, in rare situations, request additional information or fees (via SMS or email). We will do our best to assist you with any customs issues. Just reach out to us! We recommend you respond in a timely manner to avoid the shipment being returned to us. Shipments to India
In order to comply with Indian customs regulations, for all shipments into India, we will need the recipient to provide all required KYC (know-your-customer) documents (including government-issued identification documents and address proof) to customs for clearance.
Please ensure the recipient’s name and delivery address match the details on their personal ID during checkout.
