Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of unused/unworn/unhemmed items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Additionally, items must be received by BIG JOHN within 30 days from the date of delivery. For returns from outside Japan, customs-related delays may be considered.
Please note that items marked as final sale, as well as apothecary, beauty, swimwear, undergarments, and all sale items—including those purchased with a promotional code—are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

[Initiate a Return]
Within 5 days of receiving your order, please send your Return request to customer service via bigjohn@lingble.com or live chat with the information set out below.
For Returns: Please provide customer service with your order number, details of the item you want to return and the reason for your return, and we will get back to you with return instructions.

[Package the Item(s)]
Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag.

[Select Shipping Method]
Use any courier service that offers tracking and signature on delivery to send the parcel back within the specified time to the address provided by Customer Care.

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost through regular mail or other services that do not provide delivery slips or tracking services. On the air waybill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to Japan".

All costs in relation to costs of returns/exchange shall be borne by you. Please note that the shipping fee quoted on our website for purchases under the free shipping threshold is not a reference for the actual return costs. We can also arrange for return shipping labels and pick up for you if you prefer, and we will send a payment link to collect the fees beforehand.

Prepare a photo or scanned copy of the return invoice/receipt and the tracking number to bigjohn@lingble.com.

[Refund Process]
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days.

Refunds in the original form of payment may take up to 10 business days to show up on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.  If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact customer service via bigjohn@lingble.com or live chat and they will gladly assist you.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at bigjohn@lingble.com within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). We require the defective or damaged item to be returned within 5 days of issuing the RA#. Returns for defective or damaged items that do not meet this 5-day requirement will be considered final, and no exchange or store credit will be provided.

We will provide you with the return shipping labels to return the defective item.

Upon receipt and verification of the defective or damaged item, we will process an exchange or refund, based on availability. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
