BIG JOHN recreates the traditional feel of jeans they offered in the 1960s for the modern generation. Based on fabrics imported from the USA at that time, they developed this denim.
※ Made with 12oz SELVEDGE DENIM woven on an old-fashioned TOYODA loom.

・Material: Mixed cotton from the USA and Australia (Fiber length 28~29mm)
・Thread: Uneven slub yarn. Vertical thread 7, Horizontal thread 10, 100% cotton
・Dye: 100% Pure Indigo, Rope Dyeing
・Weave: Old-fashioned TOYODA GL-3 shuttle loom
・Ounce: 12oz SELVEDGE
The thread used for sewing is the same as the thick ones from the 1960s. Additionally, a special process is applied to the paper label to withstand the USED processing.
■ Design:
Relaxed silhouette with slight tapering, especially suited for rolling up. Length is selectable from 71cm or 76cm to enjoy the chain-stitched hem's wear. Sizes from 26 to 29 inches are compatible for ladies, and the position of the back pockets varies by size.
The highlight of these jeans is their unique, vintage-like finish and feel. SL stands for SELVEDGE, colors available are LW (Long Wash), SW (Stone Wash), and AW (Antique Wash).
