Golden Week is one of Japan’s major spring holiday seasons, when several national holidays take place in close succession and many businesses temporarily close.

Order Cut-off for Pre-Holiday Shipping

Orders placed by 9:00 AM JST, May 1 (Fri), 2026 will be shipped before the holiday begins.

Important Notes

For orders using convenience store payment or bank transfer, payment must be confirmed by the above cut-off time to qualify for pre-holiday shipping.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped sequentially from May 7 (Thu), 2026 onward.

Please note that the four BIG JOHN directly operated stores in Japan will remain open as usual during this period.
